Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall discharge this <br />n Mortgage, without charge to Borro~a>er. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, if any. <br />Modification, Upon request of borrower, lender, at lender's option, has conditionally waived the <br />Irements as set #orth in paragraph #2 "Funds for Taxes and Insurance" of the Uniform Covenants <br />said mortgage provided that the borrower complies with his responsibility as set forth in paragraph #4 <br />and #5 of the Uniform Cavenantg acknowledging that the lender has conditionally waived his opttoa wader <br />ph #2. A breech of this covenant will then activate paragraph #18 "Acceleration; Remedies." <br />Modification.
