WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated August 22, 197$ and recorded as document No. 7$-005671 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Ha 1 County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the covenants, conditions and restrictions contained therein, and WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the construction of the improvements, the Urban Renewal Authority will furnish the purchaser with a certificate of completion, and WHEREAS, the purchaser has completed the construction of the imprw~ments called for in said deed, and WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal Authority has completed all of its obligations con- tained in said deed, as seller. NOW, TNEREFOP.E, the Urban Renewal Authority, hereby certifies that the said purchaser has completed the construction of the improvements called for in the said dead.
