SHIELDS, husband and wife, each in his and her <br />own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the <br />Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty-Seven <br />Thousand Dollars ($57,000.00} received from Grantees, do hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto RONALD G. PITTMAN <br />and MARIAN K. PITTMAN, husband and wife, joint tenants with <br />right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEnNEo) <br />of Section Ten (10}, Township Nine (9} North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P. M, in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the east line of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NE ;), said paint being Two Hundred Seventy <br />Eight and Five Tenths (27~i.5) feet north of the southeast <br />corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE~d); thence northerly <br />along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NEB,), <br />a distance of Three Hundred Ninety One and Eighty Five <br />Hundredths (391.85} feet; thence deflecting left <br />900 00' and running westerly, a distance of One Hundred <br />Ninety One 0 41.0} feet; thence deflecting Left 900 00' <br />and running southerly, a distance of Three Hundred <br />Ninety One and Eighty Five Hundredths (391.85) feet; <br />thence deflecting left 900 00' and. running easterly, a <br />distance of One Hundred Ninety One (191.0) feet to <br />the place of beginning and containing 1.718 acres <br />more or less.. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and <br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantees <br />and with their heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of <br />said premises, that they are free from encumbrance and that we <br />have good right and lawful authority to sell the saw; and we <br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persona whomsoever.
