<br />K*IOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, Frederic M. Wiseman and Jane E. Wiseman, husband and wife, have executed
<br />a mortgage on the following-described premises:
<br />SEC. TWP. RG.
<br />All of Mortgagors' right, title, and interest
<br />in and to the W'-~ and SW's SEIZ (except the Union
<br />Pacific right of way; and except that land
<br />conveyed to the State of Nebraska by deeds
<br />recorded in Book 75, Page 70, and Book 123,
<br />Page 31; and except that land conveyed to Hall
<br />County oy deed retarded in Book 81, Fage 423) - - 31 lON 12 W 6th P.M.
<br />in Ha11 County, Nebraska, to The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, which mortgage is
<br />recorded as Book 169, Page 459, of the records of said County; and
<br />WHEREAS, the mortgagors have executed a second mortgage in favor of the Bank which
<br />mortgage is recorded as Document No. 77-000564; and
<br />WHEREAS, the mortgagors have executed a mortgage in favor of the administrator of
<br />the Small Business Administration which mortgage is recorded as Document No.
<br />78-001052 of the mortgage records of said County; and
<br />WHEREAS, said mortgagors have executed a mortgage in favor of the United States of
<br />America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department
<br />of Agriculture, in the amount of $370,000;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other goad
<br />and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
<br />undersigned Federal Land Bank of Omaha hereby subordinates the lien of its second
<br />mortgage recorded as Document No. 77-000564 to the lien of the mortgages in favor
<br />of the administrator of the Small Business Administration, recorded as Document No.
<br />78-001052, and the mortgage in favor of the United States acting through the Farmers
<br />Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, in the amount of
<br />$370,000.
<br />The Federal Land Bank of Omaha, by the execution of this Subordination Agr?~m<?*t,
<br />dace not release the lien of its mortgage recorded as Document Na. 77-000564,
<br />lxut c~aly subordinates and makes junior such lien to the mortgages in favor of
<br />_ baeh the Ad~i~iatrator of-the Small Business Administration-and the trni[ed Mates
<br />of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United Staten Depart-
<br />ment of Agriculture.
<br />FURTHER, the execution of this Subordination Agreement in no manner effects the
<br />status, position, or lien of the first mortgage to The F'ederai Land Bank o£ Omaha
<br />recorded in Baok ].69, Page 459.
