79-- Q~~851 <br />1. Water and Sanitary Sewer. No city L,*ater or sanitary sewer <br />service is available to this subdivision. Accordingly, the Subdividers <br />are authorized to install private wells and septic systems for each <br />dwelling unit or commercial structure within said subdivision. The <br />Subdividers further agree to waive their right to protest the creation <br />of any water or any sanitary sewer district which will abut and be avail- <br />able to serve said subdivision. The Subdividers further agree to <br />connect all structures within said subdivision to city water and sani- <br />tary sewer service within three years after said service becomes avail- <br />able. <br />2. Paving, The Subdividers are not required to install ar_y <br />public right-of-way within said subdivision. However, the Subdividers <br />-agree to waive their right of protest of any paving or repaving district <br />along the county road where it abu*_s said subdivision, <br />3. Storm Drainage. No storm drainage plan has been authorized <br />for the vicinity of this subdivision. Accordingly, the Subdividers <br />agree to grade all lots within said subdivision in conjunction with the <br />structures located thereon so that storm water is dispersed evenly within <br />the subdivision or in accordance with a plan approved by the Ga`,snty's <br />director of public works. <br />4. Sidewalks.
