<br />AR60 DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, herein
<br />called the Martgagor, and The Overiznd National Bank of brand Island,
<br />brand Island, Ha7I County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby
<br />agree as follows:
<br />i. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first real
<br />estate mortgage dated September 3, 1975, and recorded as Document No.
<br />*009494 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />September 5, 1975, to secure debt of Martgagor to the Mortgagee in con-
<br />sideration of a certain mortgage note for $80,000.00, is a valid subsist-
<br />ing obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the remainder of the
<br />principal and accrued interest thereon will be due according to the terms
<br />of the aforementioned first real estate mortgage shalt be modified and
<br />extended to be payable in the following manner:
<br />A real estate note dated September 3, 1975, on which a
<br />balance of $73,851.14 remains unpaid, will be repaid
<br />an August 22, 1984, with interest on the unpaid principal
<br />balance at the rate of 12.0% per annum to be paid monthly
<br />on the 22nd day of each month, commencing September 22, 1979.
<br />Z. Alt other terms and conditions contained in the original first
<br />real estate mortgage dated September 3, 1975, shalt remain the same,
<br />and this Modification and Extension Agreement is made a part of the
<br />original first real estate mortgage by reference and shaiT inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and their heirs.
