<br />Leonard Melkus, Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Emil J. Voss, deceased, pursuant to authority granted by the
<br />Last Will and Testament of Emil J. Voss, deceased, in consic'era-
<br />tion of Thirty Six Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
<br />($36,750.00), received from grantees does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto PETER F. MOHR AND VADA G. MOHR, as
<br />joint tenants, grantees, the following described real property:
<br />Part of the South Half (S'~)of Section Eleven (11),
<br />Township Eleven (I1} North, Range Nine (9}, West of
<br />the Sixth P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, described
<br />as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of
<br />Lot Three (3) of Voss Subdivision of part of the
<br />South Half (S 2) of said Section Eleven, thence
<br />running Eact along and upon the South section line
<br />of said Section Eleven, for a distance of 538 feet;
<br />running thence North at right angles to said South
<br />Section line, a distance of ?59.0 feet, running
<br />thence East and parallel to said South Section line
<br />a distance of I00 feet, running thence South and at
<br />right angles to said South Section line, a distance
<br />of X59,0 feet to said South Section lineā¢ and .Inning
<br />thence West along and upon said South Section line a
<br />distance of loo feet to the point of beginning,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever
<br />of said deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and
<br />ali tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the grantees and to grantees` assigns and the heirs and assigns
<br />of the survivor forever, and the grantor hereby covenants that the
<br />real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
<br />encumbrances caused by any claim far taxes levied against the
<br />Estate of Emil J, Voss, deceased,
