Voss, deceased, in consic'era- <br />tion of Thirty Six Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars <br />($36,750.00), received from grantees does grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto PETER F. MOHR AND VADA G. MOHR, as <br />joint tenants, grantees, the following described real property: <br />Part of the South Half (S'~)of Section Eleven (11), <br />Township Eleven (I1} North, Range Nine (9}, West of <br />the Sixth P.
