QUALSETT, wife and husband, <br />each in her and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten <br />and No/100 Dollars {$10.00) received from Grantee, does grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto KRISTEN K, LARSEN, Trustee, <br />the following-described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The East One Half (E~) of Lots Two (2) a,.d Four <br />(4), Block Eleven {il), College Addition to West <br />Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting that the Grantors herewith <br />retain a pri-vote utility easement across the east- <br />erly half of Lots Two (2) and Four (4) afore- <br />said far purposes of maintaining a private sani- <br />tary sewer service pursuant to a License Agreement <br />recorded as Document #79-004459. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee <br />and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized <br />of said premises, that she is free from encumbrance and that we <br />have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we <br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
