Rock, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, hereby assign to the Five <br />Points Bank, all rights, title, and interest arising from a contract <br />for the sale of real estate, dated April 10th, 1975, whereby Agnes <br />Rock agrees to sell and we agree to buy the hereinafter described <br />real estate: <br />Commencing at a point Six (6) rods South of the North- <br />east corner of the East half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(.E1SE~) of Section Four (4) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., on the <br />East line of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(E~SEa), thence running South Twenty (20) rods, along <br />said East Line, thence running West Eighty (80) rods <br />thence running North parallel with said East line Twenty <br />(20) rods, thence running East Eighty (80) rods to the <br />~. place of beginning, in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This assignment and transfer is, however, subject to the condition <br />that if. certain promissory note dated August 31, 1979 in the total <br />amount of $86,000.00 maturin Se tember 1, 1984, <br />g p given by me to <br />- Five Points Bank, is paid in full, the a ignment is null and void. <br />f mod/ 3'" l~ Il <br />~~' GG ram Rock <br />Sandra L.
