<br />in respect to full payment, and
<br />WHEREAS, the balance on said guaranteed Note is the sum of $24,011.00, and
<br />WF>ERFAS, the undersigned are desirous of giving a trortgage on their real es-
<br />tate in consideration of Fdd3~D-W007SVORTH QO., INC, guaranteeing said Note.
<br />NOW, THEREE'ORE, the undersigned, being residents of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, in the consideration of the guaranteeing of said Note, do here-

<br />Nebraska, the following described premises situated in Hall County, State of

<br />That the default of the Mortgagors in payments to the First National Hank,

<br />gages to foreciosc~ and collect the atmunt that the Nbrtgagea is obligated too pay
<br />an said guarantee.
