<br />Debtor, whether one or more, as security for all of Debtor's present and
<br />fntnrw indebtedness and liabilities of whatever nature to Secured Party,
<br />and all renewals and extensions thereof, grants Secured Party a security
<br />interest in the following collateral, whether now owned or hereafter ac-
<br />quireci by the Debtor, and in additions, accessions, substitution thereL-o;
<br />and all products and proceeds thereof; Including, bu± not limited to the
<br />following: Leasehold improvements described as follows: Steel framed con-
<br />struction with masonary walls.. The dimensions being 1<0 feet wide by 350
<br />feet long located on property described on attached exhibit "A". Assign-
<br />ment of all current and future pledges of money or in-kind services to
<br />the YMCA and YWCA New Building Corporation. Accounts Receivable, Furniture,
<br />Fixtures, Equipment, and Inventory of the YMCA and YWCA New Building
<br />Corporation, Young Men's Christian Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and Young Women's Christian Association of Grand Island, and
<br />An assignment of a lease, dated May 1st, 1578, between the City of Grand
<br />Island, a municigal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, and the Young
<br />Men's Christian Association, The Young Women's Christian Association, and

<br />described in Exhibit "B".
<br />WARRANTIES
<br />Debtor warrants: The Collateral is used or being bought primarily for
<br />personal, fazaily ar housahoid purposes; but if marked beta
<br />for .farming operations, if marked here X for bu$inass
<br />operations only, the address of Debtor's residence is as shown above, and
<br />the Debtor will not sell or otherwise dispose of any of the collateral with-
<br />out consent of Secured Party. As to any collateral being acquired by Debtor
<br />with the proceeds of any note or notes Secured Party may disburse directly
<br />to the Seller of the Collater•.a.
