HALL, husband and wife, each in his and <br />her own -right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, <br />in consideration of ----- y~~. IjGLL.'t-C~- -- <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto <br />the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA., <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the <br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, <br />construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and <br />operate thereer., underground electric utility lines, cables, terminals, <br />transformers, surface markers, and other appurtenances, connected there- <br />with, in, upon, above, along, across, underneath and through a part of <br />Eaglewood Acres Subdivision in Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as: <br />The northerly five (5) feet of Lot Five (5}; the southerly <br />five (5) feet of Lot Six (b); the southerly eight (8) feet <br />of the northerly twenty-four (24) feet of Lots Fourteen {14), <br />Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Eighteen (18), and Twenty (20); <br />the southerly five (5) feet of Lot Twenty-three (23); and <br />the northerly five (5} feet of Lot Twenty-four (24); all <br />located in said Eaglewood Acres Subdivision; said trac*_ of <br />i£ti,u GO_itduui,~ v..~~ nC.Tc, u.v c v. , .^..^, .. ^.== <br />plat dated 7f27f79, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with the following rights: Unrestricted ingress and egress <br />to the above described tract of land for installation, maintenance, <br />operation, and removal of such utilir_ies and appurtenances. Such rights <br />of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for the full <br />and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement herein granted, <br />including the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, to <br />remove, clear and keep clear of trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and <br />other obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection, <br />maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal or operation of <br />such utilities. No improvements, structures, buildings ar fences of <br />any kind whatsoever, shall be allowed in, upon, above, along, across, <br />underneath, or through the easement herein granted. <br />All electric utility lines, cables, Cerminals, transformers, <br />surface markers, and other appurtenances placed in, upon, ahove, along, <br />
