<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />RAYMOND C. ENGEL, the duly appointed and qualified Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Nellie A. Engel, deceased, acting
<br />under Letters of Personal Representative issued to him on December 6,
<br />1978, by Fern A. Place, Registrar of the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and under the probated last Will of Nellie A. Engel,
<br />deceased, dated October 19, 1971, duly admitted to probate by
<br />informal proceeding in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />December 6, 1978, Grantor, for distribution of the real estate
<br />described in this Deed to the persons entitled thereto under the
<br />probated last Will of Nellie A. Engel, deceased, conveys and dis-
<br />tributes to RAYMOND C. ENGEL, RALPH E. ENGEL, ERMA L. NEWTH, MARION
<br />E. ENGEL, and ROBERT E. ENGEL, as tenants in common, Grantees, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Section 76-201,
<br />R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NWT SEA)
<br />and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S~, SEA), all
<br />in Section Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantees, as tenants in common, and to their
<br />respective heirs and assigns.
<br />TO HAVE ANU TO HOLD the premises conveyed by this Deed unto the
<br />Grantees as tenants in common, and to their respective heirs and
<br />assigns.
<br />Grantor reserves the landlord's share of graving crops for the
<br />1979 crap season in that part of the real estate described as the
<br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter (5~ 5E~) in Section Eleven {11),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
