N0. 6482 An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 987; defining the boundaries of the district; providing for the improvement of streets within the district by paving, guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith; and to provide for an effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDA"INED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY Oh GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION I. Street Improvement District No. 987 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall bz in farce and take effect from and attar its passage, approvat, and publication, without the plat, sa provided by law. SECTION 6, This ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed is the office of the Re-gistzr of Pezds, Hall County, :~ehraska. SECTION 7. Aftzr passagz, approval, and publication of this ordinance, notice of the creation of said district shall be published in the Grand Island Daily Indegcndent, a legal newspaper publishzd and of general circulatign in said City, as provided by law.
