~O~uT~~~a At a spacial meeting o£ the voting members of Calvary Y.utheran Church held at the Church Sanctuary on the 9th day of July, 197$, at 10300 o~clock, A.M. pursuant to notice given, the following proceedings were had: The meeting was called to order by Frank Cummins, the Vice President, Secretary Pro Tam and quorum of voting members were present. The following preambles and resolution were presented, read and on motion were adopted, viz. Whereas, it has become, is necessary and for the best interest of this Gongxe- gation, to borrow the sum of up to X8$,000.00 for the purpose of financing the cost of an education c.~i.ng and Whereas, such money can be obtained on the time and terms stated in the resolu- tion followi.~-g these preambles, and on the corporate note of vhis Congregation, the payment thereof to be secured by a first mortgage on all its real estate, and Whereas, said money will be reouired January 1, 1979. Therefore, be it resolved, that the Trustees, or such other officers as may be 8uthorized by thB COI15 L1 t~4 LiVit iutu uy-i"` of t:' v'q ^±inn ha ~»A }hva a.+o hereby authorized, empowered and directed~to negotiatexand~raake a 20 - year loan of up to $$8,000.00 for the purpose stated, and to that end duly issue the corporate note of this Congregation for the payment thereof, payable in monthly instalments of $737.00 ineludi.rlg interest at $~ per annum, arsd as security fcr the payment of said Hots, said Trustees or other officers are aut::oriued, e~raowered and directed to duly e~oecute, acknowledge and deliver a mortgage oi' all real estate and appurtenances of this Congregation, and said officers era autt!oriued to execute and deliver any and all ether documents and the doing of arty rind all other t?inUs which in the discretion of said officers seem necessary, expedient or proper to consuranate said loan and the same are hereby approved in all respects.
