<br />HOSPITAL AUTHORITY N0. 1 of HALL COUNTX, NEBRASKA, a public corpo-
<br />ration and body politic, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of
<br />------------ONE DOLLAR -------------------------------------
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby giants and conveys unto
<br />the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the
<br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey,
<br />construct, inspect, repair, replace, remove and operate thereon, under-
<br />ground electrical distribution Lines, and other appurtenances connected
<br />with such utility, upon, above, across, underneath and through a tract
<br />of land comprising a part of Hospital Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />The northerly sixteen (16) feet of the westerly three
<br />hundred (300) feet of the easterly four hundred eight
<br />and thirty-five hundredths (40,35) feet of said Hospital
<br />Addition; said tract of land containing O.lI acre, more
<br />or less, as shown on the plat dated 5/15179, marked Exhibit
<br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
<br />e`.ugci:iiec wiih ail rights of unrestricted ingress and egress for installation
<br />and maintenance of such utilities and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress Ghall include all rights ne4es~ary
<br />for the full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement
<br />herein granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches and
<br />trenches, Co remove trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstruct-
<br />ions interferrinp with the location, construction, inspection, repair,
<br />replacement, removal and maintenance of such utilities. Na imurove-
<br />ments, structures, or buildings of any kind whatsoever shall bt allowed
<br />in, upon, or aver the easement herein granted.
<br />Any such appurtenances placed by the Grantee upon, above, across,
<br />underneath or through the tract of land above described shall remain the
<br />grrbperty of the Grantee.
<br />The Grantor, for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby
<br />covenants that the rights and privileges herein granted shall run with
