<br />CORRECTIVE PERSONAL REPRES~iTATIVES' DEED
<br />The United States Trust Company of New York and Willard
<br />Bissell Pope, Personal Representatives of the Estate of Evelyn
<br />Ryan Pope, Deceased, pursuant to authority granted to them by
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Evelyn Ryan Pope, Deceased, in
<br />consideration of Seventy-Three Thousand Dollars ($73,000.00)
<br />received from Grantees do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto R. E. Stephens, Donald Huismann, and Milan Bish,
<br />as tenants in common, Grantee (whether one ar rnore) the following
<br />described real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Fifty-Six (56) in the
<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Ball
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever
<br />of said Beceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />R. E. Stephens, Donald Huismann, and Milan Bish as tenants in
<br />comaron, and to their respective heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described
<br />is free and clear of any Lien or encumbrance caused by claims for
<br />taxes levied against the Estate of Evelyn Ryan Pope.
