E A S E M E N T Lutheran Homes, Inc., herein called the Grantor, in con- sideration of One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement to construct, operate, main- tain, repair, replace, and remove underground electrical transmission and distribution lines, in, upon, and underneath, and through a tract of land located in part of Dau Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly des- cribed as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW~SW'~y) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) west of the 6th P.
