<br />SU$DIVISION AGREEMENT <br />SHOVLAIN SU$DIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Gary E. Shovlain and Linda D. Shovlain, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br />land comprising the southerly sixty-three (63) feet of Lot Eighteen <br />(18), and t.ze northerly fifty-seven (57) feet of Lot Nineteen (14) of <br />Holcomb's Highway Homes Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />said tract containing Q.551 acre, more or less; desire to have subditrided <br />as a subdivision the above described tract of land which is located within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby <br />submit to the City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law <br />an accurate map and plat of such proposed subdivision to be known as <br />Shovlain Subdivision, designating explicitly the land to be laid out, and <br />particularly describing the lots and easements belonging to such sub- <br />division, with lots designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, <br />and propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally agproved <br />by the Regional Planning Commission and the City Gouncii to be acknowl- <br />edged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered <br />land surveyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to p'~''1''c <br />utilities, In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of Shovlain <br />Subdivision, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their <br />expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to pay any and all assessments <br />against said subdivision as a result of paving or repaving districts <br />along Chanticleer Street and Loc:Ust Street. <br />2. Sanitary Sewer and C,Tater. City water and sanitary sewer service <br />lV ggr9 il~b1~ to X17 1:Jt~ ~Et€'.in 3~id ~ubii', Via e,On.
