<br />~~ ~~~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />CONESTOGA NORTH THIRD SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Fred F. Metering and Helen M. Metering, husband <br />and wife; Donald D. Metering and Rebecca L. Metering, husband and wife; <br />and Nancy Ann Erwin and Lauren A. Erwin, wife and husband, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Subdividers, as owners of the fo Mowing described <br />real estate: <br />A tract of land comprising all of Lot One (1 ), Conestoga <br />North Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, situated in a part of the North Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (N~NE~SE~) <br />of Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Ten (1L) West of the 6th P. M., in Ha11 County, <br />Nebraska, said tract containing 8.487 acres, more or <br />less; <br />desire to have said property Subdivided, to be known as Conestoga <br />North Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and <br />hereby submit to the City Council of said City for acceptance as pro- <br />vided in Section 16-112, R.R.S. 1943, an accurate plat of such proposed <br />subdivision, designating the land to be laid out and describing the <br />lots by numbers and the easements by dimensions, and propose to cause <br />the plat of such subdivision where approved by the Regional Planning <br />Co,z~~isbi.on and fire Cit1 Couzi4l of tr`~e ii.ty or` Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />to be acknowledged by such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey <br />by a registered land :,urveyor, and to contain a dedicatin of 4h€ ease- <br />ments to the use of public utilities. <br />The subdividers are the same persons who subdivided Conestoga North <br />Second Subdivision in said City, and have entered into a subdivision <br />agreement for said subdivision which is filed in Book 27 of Miscellen- <br />eous Records, at Page 1Q, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of Conestoga North <br />Third Subdivision, the owners €~nd Subdividers hereby oonserit aild cove- <br />ant with the City of Grand Island that all of the covenants and agreements <br />made and entered rota between the Subdividers in said subdivision agree- <br />ment for Conestoga North Second Subdivision shall be i.n full force and <br />effect for Conestoga ~dorth Third Subdivision. <br />- 1 - <br />
