L BF. ZT ORDAINED BY THE PV+YOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASY.A: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 989 in Cite City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. Said improvemenCS shall be made in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer for the City and approved by ehc Mayor and Council. SECTION 4.
