<br />t2J To pay to the Government such €ees and other charges as may now or hereafter be required by regulatitssts of the --
<br />Farmers Hame Administration.
<br />(3) If requud by the Government, to mak: additional monthly payments of 1/12 of the estimated annual castes,
<br />assessments, instuance premiums and other chuges upon the mortgaged premises.
<br />(4) Whethtt or not the note is insured by the Government, the Government may at any time pa, any other amounts
<br />regutred herein to be paid b ~ Borrower and not paid by Harrower when due, as well as env costs and expenses for the pre-
<br />: servaiion, protection, or enforcement of this lien, as advances for the account of Harrower. All such advances shat! bear
<br />interest at the race borne by the Dote which has the highest interest rate.
<br />(5) AU a~vanccs by the Government as described in this instrument, with interest, shaII 6e immediately due and payable
<br />by Borrower to thrGovernment without demand at the place designated in the luest hate and shall be secured hereby. No
<br />such advance by the Government shall relieve Borrower from breach of 8orzower's covenant to pay. ~iiCii advances, with
<br />interest, shall be repaid t`rom the first available collections received from Horrawer. Otherwise, any payment made by
<br />Horsower may be applied on the note or ar.y indebtedness to the Government secured hereby in any order the Government
<br />detrenines.
