to said g3vernmental units an amount which, togetrier with all of its other fiscal requirements, shall be sufficient to provide for the all rental and other obligations of Sublessee as described in this S°Sblease. Sublessee agrees to pursue diligently such requests and if necessary, reduce spending in other areas in order to fully satisfy its obligations hereunder. Section 3.4 Sublessee aclrees to have an annual audit of its books and accounts made by an independent certified public accountant. Such audit shall show such things as are normally in an audit. Sublessee will file a copy of said audit with the Trustee within four {4} months after the end of each of its fiscal years and, in addition, so long as any Bonds are outstanding, with the Underwriter of the Series 1979 Bonds as defined in the Resolu- tion. Sublessee also agrees., to furnish the Sublessor, Authority, and the Trustee with such other information concerning its opera- tion and the operation of the Project as the Sublessor, the Authority, or the Trustee may request in order to enable eit`er the Sublessor, the Authority, or the Trustee to carry out its obligations under the Lease or the Resolution. Section 3.5 Sublessee agrees that it shall not take any action or permit any action to be taken or condition to exist which causes or may cause the interest on the Bonds to be subject ~€~ ~e~er~i in~_o ~~ toatiLn. Secion 3.6 Sublessee hereby consents to the Lease and the Resolution and all of the terms thereof and agrees that it will not do any act or cause any action to be done or taken which would cause or be a default by Sublessor under the Lease or by the Authority under the Resolution. Section 3.7 Sublessee agrees to furnish to the Trustee all such certificates, opinions, and other information as may by the Lease or the Resolution be required to be furnished and other- - wise generally to perform and carry out all of the Sublessor's eatalgations-under the Lease and the Authority°s obligations under the Resolution. 8
