i'9-.)~.'~) <br />ARfiICLE VII <br />JSE OF PROJECT <br />Section 7.1 Sublessee shall have the right to use, <br />opera*e, and control the Project as a health care facility for the <br />treatment, including rehabilitation and training of mentally ill, <br />retarded, and disabled persons and for any other health care <br />related use of the facility permitted under the Act to which the <br />Board of Trustees of the Authority consents and, subject to the <br />Lease and this Sublease and the supervisory powers of the Authority, <br />Sublessee agrees to comply with all statutes, laws, ordinances, <br />orders, judgments, decrees, regulations, directions, and require- <br />ments of all federal, state, local, and other governments or <br />governmental authorities, now or hereafter applicable to the <br />Froject or Sublessee, as to the manner of use or the condition of <br />the Project or of adjoining public ways. Sublessee agrees to <br />comply with the requirements, rules, and regulations of all <br />insurers under the policies required to be carried under the <br />provisions of Article VI of this Sublease. In particular, Sublessee <br />agrees to comply with all minimum standards of operation for the <br />Project as established from lima to time under the Act and <br />any standards for licensing of health care facilities and providing <br />of health services as established from time to time by applicable <br />laws and regulations of the State of ~iebraska, anti Sublessee <br />agrees to procure or maintain all licenses and permits necessary <br />for the operation of the Project. As provided in the Lease, any <br />permit or license to operate the Project issued by the State of <br />Nebraska or any other governmental authority may be requested and <br />taken out in the name of the Authority, if requested by Sublessor. <br />Sublessor agrees to make such request upon request by Sublessee. <br />Section 7.2 Sublessee covenants and agrees that it will <br />at ail times operate the Project with admission open to the public, <br />in all respects comply with and endeavor to carry out the intent <br />and the purpose of the Act, and admit patients to the Project <br />without regard to se,c, age, race, creed, color, or national <br />origin. <br />15 <br />
