_'? ~F ~. Section 3.4 Lessee agrees to have an annual audit of rd -'~ its books and accounts made by a certified public accountant. Such audit shall show such things as are normally in an audit. Les~~ee will file a copy of said audit with the Trustee within four {4) months after the end of each of its fiscal years and, in addition, so long as any Bonds are outstanding, with the L'nc?er- writer of the Series 1979 Bonds. Lessee also sgrees to furnish the Authorit and the Trustee with such other informa i co c - y t on n ern ing its operation and the operation of the Project as the Authority or the Trustee may request in order to enable either the Futhority or the Trustee to carry out its obligations under this Agreement E or the Resolution. Section 3.5 Lessee agrees that it shall not take any ~` ~ action or permit any action ,to be taken or condition to exist _; which causes or may cause the interest an the Bonds to be subject to federal income taxation. Section 3.6 Lessee hereby consents to the Resolution and all terms thereof and agrees that it will not do any act or cause any action to be done or taken which would cause or be a default by the Authority under the Resolution. Section 3.8 Subject at all times to applicable laws and requirements and regulations imposed by governmental agencies having jurisdiction, Lessee will provide for the operation of the Project and collect such rentals in each year for use of the Project under the Sublease which will produce Revenues sufficient - for the following: {a) to permit all of its costs of operation to be paid as and when the same become due; {b) to pay the basic and additional rent due hereunder.
