If alI of the Bands outstanding have been paid or the payment thereof provided for in accordance with the P.esolu- tion, Lessee and Region III shall have the right to remove all machinery, equipment, instruments and furnishing owned by it. P.ny repairs to and restorations of the Project required to be made because of such removal shall be made by and at the expense of Lessee or Region ITI. All machinery, equipment, instruments and furnishings of Lessee or Region III which are not so removed from the Project prior to or within a reasonable time after the termi- nation of this Lease Agreement shall become the separate property of Authority.
