A con- <br />demnation which, in Lessee's judgment and in the judgment of <br />P.egian III, renders the Project untenantable or substantially <br />impairs the efficient utilization of the Project by Lessee or <br />Region III concurred in by the P.uthority (which concurrence shall <br />not be unreasonably withheld) shall be deemed a condemnation of <br />title to substantially all of the Project. <br />Section 11.2 All awards received from the ccndemnation <br />during the life of this Lease Agreement, and before the 3onds and <br />interest thereon have been paid in full, of title to substantially <br />all of. the Project shall, when received, become the absolute <br />property of Authority, and Lessee hereby assigns and transfers <br />{and agrees to cause to be assigned and transferred by Region III) <br />to Authority any and all awards granted in connection with such <br />condemnation, which, after deducting alI attorneys' fees and <br />nthor empn_cae an~3 ~nctg incurred Div Autflnrity in connection <br />s-"--- <br />with such condemnation, shall be forthwith delivered and paid <br />over by the Authority to the Trustee for application by it in <br />accordance with the provisions of the Resolution. If the funds <br />then held by the Trustee are insufficient in amount for the Pur- <br />pose of paying all principal and interest accrued on the Bands <br />and all costs and expenses and premium, if any, in connection <br />with the call, -edemption and payment of all outstanding Ronds, <br />Lessee shall be obligated to pay, and it does hereby covenant <br />and agree to pay, or cause to be paid to the Trustee as additional <br />consideration, upon demand therefor, such further sums of money, <br />in cash, as may be required for such purposes. <br />Section 11.3 All awards received from the condemnation <br />during the life of this Lease Agreement, after the Eonds and in- <br />terest thereon have been paid in full, of title to substantially <br />-23- <br />
