GREENWOOD, husband <br />and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of <br />the other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration <br />of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.04) and other good <br />and valuable consideration received from Grar_±ee, do grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JOHN A. HARRZNGTON <br />the following described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'~SW;) of <br />Section Twenty-Seven (27) in Township ElPVen <br />(11}, North, Range Ten (lfl), West of the 6th <br />P.M., excepting therefrom that part thereof <br />deeded to the State of Nebraska by Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Eoak 82, at Page 501 of the <br />Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's <br />heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the <br />said Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we <br />arE? lawfully gci2eA of said premises, that they are free <br />from encumbrance and that we have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant <br />and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
