<br />BANI{ OF GRAND ISLAND, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />CHARLES J, McCULLOUGH, DECEASED, and pursuant to authority granted
<br />it by the County Court of Hali County, Nebraska, by its Order
<br />Authorizing Sale of Real Property dated June 8, 1979, in considera-
<br />tion of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND NO/100
<br />DOLLARS ($195,200.00) in hand paid to him by the Grantee, hereby
<br />grants, conveys and confirms unto JOHN A. HARRIN~TON, Grantee,
<br />the following-described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to-wit:
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S~SW'~)
<br />of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven Cil)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said Charles J. McCullough of,
<br />in and to the same, ar any part thereof, .subject only to easements,
<br />restrictions and right-of-way, if any, appearing of record and
<br />public roads and rights of present tenant under verbal lease
<br />terminatit~g Fehrtia ry 29, 1980,
<br />fi0 HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the
<br />said Sohn A. Harrington and to his heirs and assigns forever; and
<br />the Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and clear
<br />of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes le=pied
<br />against the Estate of Charles J. McCullough, Deceased, and does
<br />hereby warrant that it- will defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
