~~~ <br />E A M E N T <br />HOSPITAL AUTHORITY N0. 1 of HALL COt"NTY, NEBRASKA, a public corpo- <br />ration and body rpolitic, herein called the Grantor, in consideration o£ <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto <br />the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the <br />Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement ar_d right-of-way to survey, <br />construct, inspect, repair, replace, remove and operate thereon, ur_der- <br />ground electrical distribution lines, and other appurtenances connected <br />with such utility, upon, above, across, underneath and through a tract <br />of land located in part of Hospital Addition in the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Hospital Addition; <br />thence running westerly along the North line of Hospital <br />Addition for a distance of one hundred eight and sixty-five <br />hundredths (10$.65) feet; thence running southerly for a <br />distance of sixteen (16) feet; thence running easterly along <br />a line sixteen (lb) feet South of and parallel to the North <br />line of Hospital Addition to the southwesterly line of <br />Stoeger Drive; thence running northwesterly along the <br />southwesterly line of Stoeger Drive to the point of beginning; <br />said tract of land eontaina..ng 0.04 acre, more or less, as <br />shown on the plat dated 6118139 marked Exhibit "A", attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference; <br />together with al3 rights of unrestricted ingress and egress for insta3l- <br />atiā¬an and :naintanance of such utilities and appurtenances. <br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary <br />for the full and complete use, occupation and enjoyment of the easement <br />herein granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches and <br />trences, to remove trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstruct- <br />ions interfexring with the location, construction, inspection, repair, <br />replacement, removal and maintenance of such utilities. No improvements, <br />structures, or buildings of any kind whatsoever shall be allowed in, upon, <br />or over the easement herein granted. <br />Any such appurtenances placed by the Grantee upon, above, across, <br />underneath or through the tract of land above described shall remain tha <br />property of the Grange. <br />- L <br />
