<br />HORSHAM, Grantee, grant, sell and convey unto Grantee the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Section 75-201, R.R.S. 1932} in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W~ NWT) of
<br />Section Ten {10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />{9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly descri5ed as follows: Commencing at a point
<br />237.0 Feet East of an iron pin located at a point 33 Feet
<br />East of the Southwest corner of said Lot Seven (7), an the
<br />North side of Pence Street, which Street is an the South side
<br />of sold Lot; thence turnlilg a right angle and ,:y^ North
<br />parallel with the West line of said Lct Seven {7},jffor a
<br />distance of 150 Feet; thence, turning a right angle and running
<br />East parallel with the South Iine of said Lot Seven (?)
<br />for a distance of 75 Feet; thence, turning a right angle
<br />and running South parallel with the West line of said Lot
<br />Seven (7}, a distance of 150 Feet to the South line of
<br />said Lot; thence, turning a right angle and running West
<br />on the South line of said Lot for a distance of 75 Feet to
<br />the place of beginning.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the real estate together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto Grantee and
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
