Rohweder, deceased, in <br />consideration of Sixteen Thousand Dollars and no/100, received <br />from grantees,does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />RONALD D. EMKF,N and NANCY J. EMKEN, husband and wife, and <br />ALVERDO P. BOWMAN, JR. and VIRGINZA A. BOWMAN, husband and <br />wife, as Tenants in Common, <br />grantees, the following described real property: <br />The Northerly fifty-two feet (52') of Lot <br />Five (5) in Block Six (6) in Windolph's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, <br />subject to easements and restricticns of record, together with <br />all the estate, right, title, interest, r_laim or demand whatso- <br />ever of said deceased of; in and to the same, or any part thereof. <br />T'o have and to hold the above described real property and <br />E all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging <br />unto the grantees and to grantees' heirs and assigns forever, and <br />the grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described <br />_ is free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim <br />for taxes levied against the Estate of Albert N.
