Marley Lassonde, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as o-Ymers of a tract of <br />land comprising ail of the northerly four hundred ninety-six and five- <br />tenths (49b.5) feet of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EZNW~) <br />of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine {9) West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, lying West of the westerly right- <br />of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, said tract containing '+.401 <br />acres, more or less; desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above <br />described tract of land outside the corporate limits but within two miles <br />of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City <br />Council of such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map <br />and plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known as Lassonde Subdivision, <br />.designating explicitly the'land to be laid out and particularly describing <br />the Iots, streets, and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers, streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and <br />propose to cause the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by <br />the Regional Planning Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged <br />by .such owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered laud <br />surveyor, and to ccntain a dedication of streets to the benefit of the <br />pub=ie, an€i of the easements to the use of public utilities. in consid- <br />eration of the acceptance of the plat of Lassonde Subdivision, the Sub- <br />dividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the following improve- <br />ments: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to protest <br />any and alI repaving districts along Capital Avenue where it abuts <br />said subdivision. <br />2. Water. The Subdividers agree to connect any and all structures <br />within said subdivision to public water located in Capital Avenue. The <br />Subdividers agree to pay a preliminary assessment charge.
