<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />and remove underground and overhead electrical utility distribution lines,
<br />poles, surface markers and any other appurtenances or fixtures connected
<br />therewith, and Northwestern 3e11 "'elephone Company cables and appurten-
<br />ances thereto, in, upon, over, within, underneath as_d through a tract
<br />of land located in part of t=ie Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NL.T~51d~) of Section Four ('+) , 3'ownship Eleven (il) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />~dest of the 6th P.I~!., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the easterly right-of-*aay line
<br />of Highway 281, said point being forty (40) feet East and
<br />one hundred fifty and eight-tenths (150.8) feet South of
<br />the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (St7~;) of
<br />said Section Four (4); hence r,~nning easterly along a
<br />line parallel to the North line of Rains Subdivision for
<br />a distance of true hundred filly (1s0) fee`; thence itlnialil~
<br />southerly for a distance of eight (S) =eat, thence rilnning
<br />westerly along a Iine parallel with the northerly line of
<br />Rains Subdivision for a distance of ane hundred fifty (15~~)

<br />distance of eight (8) feet to the point of beginning;
<br />said tract of land containing 0.~3 acre, more or less, as
<br />shown on the plat dated 3114179, marked Exhibit "A",
<br />attached hereto and incorporated 'Herein by reference;
<br />together with the following rights: Lnrestricted ingress and egress
<br />through, above, across and underneath the above described tract of land
<br />for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted and the right
<br />to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, shrubbery and other
<br />obstructions from the surface of such tract of land.
<br />All electrical utility lines and telephone lines, poles, surface
<br />markers, cables, terminals and other appurtenances placed upon, over,
<br />within, underneata and through such easement shall remain the property
<br />of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time.
