<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
<br />IZItiOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF
<br />CHARLES J. McCULLOUGH, DECEASED, and pursuant to authority granted
<br />it by the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by its Order
<br />Authorizing Sale of Real Property dated June 8, 1979, in considera-
<br />tion of ELEVEN THOOSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($11,800.00)
<br />in hand paid to it by the Grantees, hereby grants, conveys and
<br />confirms unto Gordon D. Francis and Harriette S. Francis, husband
<br />and wife, as tenants in common, Grantees, the following-described
<br />premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Sixty-nine (69), Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of the said Charles J. McCullough of,
<br />in and to the same, or any part thereof, subject only to easements
<br />and restrictions of record;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the
<br />said Gordon D. Francis and Harriette S. Francis, husband and
<br />wife, as tenants in common, and to their heirs and assigns forever;
<br />and the Grantor hereby covenants that the premises are free and
<br />clear of any Iien ar encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes
<br />levied against the. Estate of Charles J. McCullough, Deceased, and
<br />does hereby warrant that it will defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Overland National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles J.
<br />McCullough, Deceased, has caused these presents to be executed
<br />this 29th day of June, 1979.

<br />Before me, a Notary Public, personally came M.ich~t T. Higgins,
<br />'President and a Trust Officer of The Overland National Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles J.
<br />McCullough, deceased, who signed the foregoing instrument and
<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and
<br />deed as such officer and the voluntary act and deed of said bank
<br />as Personal Representative of the Gharlea J. McCullough aatate.
