That I am the Secretary of The Abundant Life Christian Center, formerly known as The Assembly of God Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Ne~;raska non-profit corporation. 2. That on 1979, Thomas L. Hawkins, Harry Lilienthal, Jr., nd o Starner are three duly elected Trustees of The Abundant Life Christian Center, and Donald E. Arnold is the duly elected President of The Abundant Life Christian Center. 3. That The Abundant Life Christian Center holds regular weekly meetings and that the following notice was announced by reading the same at two consecutive regular meetings on February 19, 1978, and on February 26, 1978. ~, That the following notice was publicly read from the pulpit of The Abundant Life Christian Center, Grand Island, Nebraska, on Sunday, February 19, 1978, and on Sunday, February 26, 1978, and that the notice had been posted near the front door of said church for more than ten i1Q) days prior to March S, 1978, to-wit: Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of March, 1978 at 2:30 o'clock P.M., there will be a meeting of the members of the Church £or the pure"ore of authorizing the Trustees to subdivide and sell the present S.Z acre building site located at State and Hancock Streets in Grand Island, Nebraska, legally described as a tract of land comprising all of Lot One il), Imperial Village Fourth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, containing 5.13 acres more or less. S.
