<br />Charles D. Bosselman and Jan K. Bosselrsan, husband and ~rrife, each
<br />in his end her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the
<br />Grantors, in consideration of p,(jE D~r~B~~%'~)
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto
<br />the
<br />CZTY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hail County, Nebras'.~ca, as Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />and remove underground and overhead electric utility lines, poles, sur-
<br />face markers and any ether appurtenances or fixtures connected therein,
<br />in, upon, over, within, underneath and through a tract of land located
<br />in part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (R'W4R~id~-) of
<br />Section Eight (8), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) F7est of the
<br />5th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />The westerly sixteen <15) feet of the easterly three
<br />hundred twenty-seven (327) feet of the northerly five
<br />hundred thirty-nine (539) feet of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (R'W~NW~) of said Section Eight
<br />(&); said tract of land containing 0.2C acre, more or
<br />less, as shown, on the plat dated 6!28/79, marked Exhibit
<br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
<br />together with the following rights: Unrestricted ingress and egress
<br />through, above, across and u«derneath the above described tract of land
<br />for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted and the right to
<br />clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, shrubbery and other obstruct-
<br />ions from the surface of such tract of land.
<br />All electric utility lines, poles, surface markers, cables, terminals
<br />and other appurtenances placed upon, over, within, underneath and through
<br />such easement shall remain the property of the Grantee and may be remaved
<br />or replaced at any time.
<br />The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, devisees, executors,
<br />administrators, and assigns hereby covenant that no structures or other
<br />obstructions shall be erected or permitted on such tract of Iand.
