<br />Bissell Pope, Personal Representatives of the Estate of Evelyn
<br />cyan Pope, Deceased, pursuant to authority granted to them by
<br />the Last Wi11 and Testament of Evelyn Ryan Pope, Deceased, in
<br />cozisideration of Seventy-Three Thousand Dollars ($73,000.00}
<br />received from Grantees do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto R. E. Stephens, Donald Huismann, and Milan Bish,
<br />as tenants in common, Grantee (whether one or more) the following
<br />described real property:

<br />Original Town, now City of Grand island, Ha11
<br />County, neb~aara,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with
<br />all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever
<br />of said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof,
<br />To have and to hold the above described real property and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto
<br />R. E, Stephens, Donald Huismann, and Milan Bish as tenants in
<br />common, and to their respective heirs and assigns forever, and the
<br />Grantor hereby covenants that the real property herein described
<br />is free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by claims for
<br />taxes levied against 'the Estate of Evelyn Ryan Pope.
