<br />and R. L. STAI3L, be and the same hereby is revoke3,
<br />effective at the close of business March 5, 1979.
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that effective March 6, 1979, J. H.

<br />DRUMMOND, R, H. GARDNER, H. H. HIP?KLE, C. J. LAUSE,
<br />G. F. LEWIS, W. .~. LUCE, W. S. NORTHUP,.J. D. ROXE,
<br />F. C. SEIBOLD, JR., J. C. SIMCOX, and R. L. STAHL,
<br />Officers of this Corporation, and each of them, be
<br />and they hereby are authorized to execute, acknowledge
<br />a~a,d deliver any and all instruments in the name and on
<br />behalf of this Corporation, including, without limiting
<br />the generality of the foregoing, deeds, conveying real
<br />es"rate, with the same force and effect as if specific
<br />authority were granted by the 'Board o£ Directors of
<br />this Corporation or by the Executive Committee of said
<br />Board of Directors-in each particular instance; and the
<br />Secretary or an Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized
<br />to attest the execution of such instruments and to affix
<br />the Corporate Seal thereto.
