<br />PARTIAL RELEASE OF RtORTGAGE
<br />NELLIE MAXINE LUTHER NUNNENKAMP and RALPH MADDOX, in considera-
<br />tion of partial payment of the Purchase Money Real Estate Mortgage
<br />described in this Partial Release of Mortgage, release the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Hidden Lakes
<br />Subdivision Number Four, Ha11 County, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded,
<br />from the Furehase Money Real Estate Mortgage given on a part of the
<br />lots of the Subdivision and on other land described in the Mortgage
<br />executed by Harold Green, Jr. and Delores A. Green, husband and
<br />wife, Mortgagors, tc Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamp and Ralph
<br />Maddox, Mortgagees, on October 3, 1977, and recorded on October 7,
<br />1977, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 77-005860, given as security for the
<br />payment of the debt described in the Mortgage.
<br />Thas Partial Release of biortyage is given or. the express condi-
<br />tion it shall in no way affect the lien of the Mortgage on the
<br />remaining land described in the Mortgage but shall only be construed
<br />as release from the lien of the Mortgage as to the real estate
<br />specifically described in this Partial Release of Mortgage.
<br />LeRoy Nunnenkama, husband of Nellie Maxine Luther Nunnenkamg,
<br />and Helen Maddox, wife of Ralph Maddox, join their respective spouses
<br />in executing and delivering this Fartial Release of Mortgage for
<br />binding their statutory interests in the real estate.
