<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 9th day of July, 1979,
<br />between The Heritage Company, a Colorado Limited Partnership,
<br />party of the first part, and Lloyd E. Koehler and James P.
<br />Foster, parties of the second part.
<br />WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part in
<br />consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, to be duly paid, the
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, conveyed,
<br />remised, released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does
<br />grant, convey, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the
<br />said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns
<br />forever, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim and
<br />demand, both at Iaw and in equity, of, in and to the following
<br />described real estate, situate in the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, to wit:

<br />in the original Town, now City of Grand Island.
<br />Also known as 517 - 523 West 4th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />together with all and =ingular the hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereunta belonging;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto
<br />the said successors, heirs and assigns.
