<br />waived and are subordinated to the interests of the
<br />Lessor, including whatever security interest Lessor may

<br />its successors and assigns, any right, title and interest
<br />which they have in said equipment cr which might accrue
<br />to the Undersigned in said equipment and agree that Lessor,
<br />or its successors or assigns, may remove "the equipment from
<br />said real estate in accordance wi}_h the provisions of the
<br />Lease without the consent of the Undersigned.

<br />deeds of trust, financing statements, or other documents or
