<br />or have security or other interests in the personal property
<br />of the Owner or Lessee (designated Mortgagee(sl).
<br />2) The Undersigned agree as follows:

<br />but shall remain personal property notwithstanding

<br />waived and are subordinated to the interests of the
<br />Lessor, including whatever security interest Lessor may
<br />have.
<br />(c) That the undersigned grant and convey to said Lessor,
<br />its successors and assigns, any right, title and interest
<br />which they have in said equipment cr which might accrue
<br />to the Undersigned in said equipment and agree that Lessor,
<br />or its successors or assigns, may remove "the equipment from
<br />said real estate in accordance wi}_h the provisions of the
<br />Lease without the consent of the Undersigned.

<br />deeds of trust, financing statements, or other documents or
