<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />Zn consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, [he undersigned, James M. Bennett and
<br />Sharon A. Kennett hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, or order, the principal sum of
<br />NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIKTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS------- ($ 19,465.OU )
<br />together with interest thereon at 11~ ___per cent per annum from the date hereof,
<br />such sum to be payable en October y-I~T9 Interest shall be payable at maturity
<br />on October 4, 1979
<br />The original principal note in the amount of NINETEEN THOUSAND FOllR HL~IDRED SLl'TY-FIVE
<br />($ 19,465.OG ) was executed and delivered by the undersigned under the date of
<br />November 10, 1478 to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and was due and payable on the 6th day oT .Tul.v, 1979 together
<br />with interest at 11/, per cent per annum and secured by Real Estate Mortgage
<br />to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document ;~78-007516 in the Mortgage Records of Hall Gounty,Nebraska
<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extazded balance of principal of NINETEEN THOUSAND
<br />FOUR HUNDRED SI%TY-FIVE------ ($ 19,465.00), together with interest thereon at
<br />11~ ~,er cent per annum, such principal and interest to be payable in lawful
<br />money of the United Slates of America a[ The First National Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Grand island, Nebraska.
<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage
<br />above-described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment
<br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become
<br />immediately due and pa~:able at the election of the legal holder thereof.
<br />In further considerat-ion of such extension of time of pu went of such indebtedness,
<br />I hereby ratify and confirm =uch mortgage recorded as Document ~=78-00751b
<br />in Real Estate Mortgage retards of Hall County, -'e ras-a as
<br />the first mortgage lien upon tiro real property described therein, and the whole of
<br />the eitle thereto as now owned by me.
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement vith reference to and on the faith
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter
<br />may acquire; the express intention being to charge and to contin•+e to charge any and
<br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the payment of which is
<br />herein extended.
