_. <br />i <br />1 <br />79- t~t~4F1~. <br />CORPORATION DEED <br />THIS INDENTURE, made this ~~ ~ day of -, <br />1979 between Derby Refining Company, a corporation duly organized <br />under the laws of the State of Delaware, in the County of Sedgwick <br />and State of Kansas of the first part, and Dreisbach's Steak House, <br />Inc., a Nebraska corporation„ of the second part. <br />WITNESSETH: THAT the said party of the first part, in <br />consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable <br />consideration to it duly paid, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, has sold, and by these presents does grant and convey <br />to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, <br />all the following described real estate situated in the County of <br />Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />The West 148.5 feet of Lot 14 of Vantine <br />Subdivision located on part of the North- <br />west Quarter {NW/4) of Section 22, Town- <br />ship 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th <br />P.M., exce t that portion condemned for <br />highway right-of-way purposes before the <br />County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska <br />(Project U.S.-836 (i), Tract 14 AFE: R-821). <br />with the appurtenances, an3 all the estate, title and interest of <br />the said party of the first part therein.
