<br />the amount required to pay said Lazes, assessments, insurance premiums and ground rents as they fall due,
<br />such eacrss shall be, at Borrowers ^>ption, either promptly repaid to Borrower or credited to Borrower on
<br />monthly insta-ments of Funds. If the amount of the Funds held by Lender shall not he suiYicient to pay
<br />Lazes, assessments. insurance premiums and ground rents as they fall due, Borrower shall pay to Lender
<br />any amount net:essary to make up the deficiency within thirty days after notice from Linder fo Borrower
<br />requesting payment thereof, or Borrower shall, ny an increase in monthly installments of Funds required,
<br />repay the deficiency within the Fund accounting period.
