GIESENHAGEN, husband <br />and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the <br />other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideratior, <br />of the sum of One and NoJ100 Dollars{$1.00), love and af- <br />fection received from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto RUSS J. GIESENHAGEN AND MARY <br />JO GIESENHAGEN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with <br />rights of survivorship, the following described real estate <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising the northerly Two Hundred <br />Forty One and Seventy One Hundredths (241.71) feet of <br />the westerly Two Hundred Eight and Seventy One Hundredths <br />(208.71) feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NW;NEi) of Section Thirteen (13), Township <br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, said tract containing <br />1.158 acres more or less. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, <br />together with ali the tenements, hereditaments and appurte- <br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to <br />their heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with <br />the said Grantees and with their heirs and assigns, that we <br />are la*afully seized of said premises, that they are free <br />from encumbrance and that we have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant <br />and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
