<br />Industrial Addition to <br />City of Grand Island. <br />Lots 55-69, 77-81, <br />96-98, 103 and parts of <br />Lots 46-51, 64, 82, 95, <br />104. <br />ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />~~~~~~~~~ ASSUZ~'TION AND CONSENTS <br />In consideration of $i.00 to Swift & Company, a <br />Delaware corporation, in hand paid, and other goad and <br />valuable considerations, Swift & Company does hereby assign <br />and transfer all right, title and interest in and to that <br />certain lease between itself and the City of GRAND ISLAND, <br />NESRASXA, a municipal corporation and City of the First- <br />Class, located in Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred <br />to as Lessor, entered into on or about April 1, 1964, as <br />amended April 1, 1968, for the balance of the term thereof <br />unto ~tONFORT OF COLORADO, INC., a Delaware corporation, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Assignee", its successors and <br />assigns, and in consideration of the consent to this agreement <br />by Lessor and FIRST NATIONAL BANI. OF OASAH_A, a national <br />banking association with its principal office and past <br />office address in the City of Omaha, Nebraska, trustee under <br />a trust indenture upon the leased premises, Swift & Company <br />hereby gsaarantees the performance by Assignee, its successors <br />and assigns, of all covenants, agreements and conditions <br />contained in said tease on the part of Lessee or Assignee to <br />be performed_ <br />In the event, however, of the fai?ure of Assignee <br />tom. perfozm ai:v of the promises, covenants, and agreements <br />contained >.. said lease. as amended, this Assignment shalt <br />net be taker to madify or lift in any manner the obligations <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
