<br />WHEREAS, by instrument dated Pfay 28, 1954 and recorded in Book 2, Page 74
<br />of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska, Kansas-Nebraska Natural Gas
<br />Company, Znc. was conveyed a right-af-way and easement to construct, install, maintain,
<br />renew, replace and operate pipelines and appurtenances thereto for the transportation
<br />oY gas, gasoline, oil, petroleum products, and other fluids or any thereof, in, under,
<br />upon and through the following described lands situated in the County of Ha11 and
<br />State of Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />northeast Quarter (NEIL) of Section 4, Township 11 North, Range it West
<br />WHEREAS, it has been requested that said right-of-way and easement be
<br />released and quitclaimed to the portion described below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Ore Dollar and other valuable

<br />Company, Inc., a Kansas Corporation, does hereby release and quitclaim un[a the
<br />Grantors therein named, their heirs and assigns, all of the rights, privileges and
<br />interests acquired under the aforesaid right-af-nay grant, except the following
<br />described lands, to-nit:
<br />trace of land located in the northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township
<br />11 North, Range 11 i:esL, Hall County, Nebraska, more fully described as
<br />fallor*s, to-wit:
<br />A strip of land 100 feet in width, said strip being 2> feet north of an
<br />existing 8-inch pipeline and 7: feet south of said 8-inch pipeline, said
<br />pipeline entering the Northeast Quarter at a point on the vest line
<br />approximately 1,100 feet sauth of the Northwest corner, thence in a
<br />nariheasterly direction, exiting said ortheasfi Quarter at a point an the
<br />east lint approximately X69 feet south of the Northeast car^er.
<br />ERCEPT as herein modified the right-af-nay and easement granted by
<br />instrument dated ?iav 28, 19>4 shall re.~ain in foil force and efiect.
