1 7~--~ist1~~5~ LICENSE AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT by and betcaeen the City of Graced Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation in Hall County, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Mary K_ Qualsett,and Orville 0. Qualsett her husband, herein- aster referred to as the Licensees. WZTNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Licensees have received permits for the constructicn of residential units upon the West Half (W~) of Lo*_s Tcao (2) and Four (4), Block Eleven (11), College Addition to West Lawn, and are owners of the East Half (E~) of Lots Two (2) and Four (4), Block Eleven (11), College Addition to West Lacan, An Addition to the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the Licensees must now connect said structure Lo sanitary sewer service; and tv't3EREAS, the location of said structure for future sales purposes would require the granting of a seder service easement across adjacent property. N04d, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. The City hereby grants to the Licensees permits to connect the structure located on the West Half (kT2) cf Lcts Iwo (2) aced tour (4), Biotic Eleven (11), College Addition to Crest Lawn, Pn Addition to the City of Grand Island, and the structure located thereon, to City sanitary sewer service located in the al'Ley way lyir,~ easterly of Lafayette Avenue. 2. In the event the Licensees sell the above described property or the East Haif (£x) of Lots Two (?) and tour (4); Block Eleven (1~), College Addition to West La-an, An Addition to the Citv of Grand Island, to a third party, the Licensees shall grant to third party or retain a private utility easement across the easterly half of Lots Two (2) and Four {Ls~ aforesaid for purposes of maintaining said private sanitary sewer service- The Licensees further agree that this document shall be filed in the office of the Hail County Register of Deeds for the purpose - 1 - fi'~~a .
