WILLEY, ) <br />Defendants. ) <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on the 11th day of July, <br />1979, First Denver Mortgage Company, a Corporation, of Denver, <br />Colarado, filed its petition and action in the District Court <br />of Hall County, Nebraska against defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage on the fol- <br />lowing described real estate: <br />T're Easterly twenty one feet (E21') of Lot <br />Twenty Nine (29) and the Westerly twenty- <br />eight feet (W28'} of Lot Thirty in Buenavista <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and commonly known and <br />numbered as 323 East Dodge Street, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska 68801, <br />given by said defendants, Albert W. Willey and Donna R.
